A La Carte - Menu items that are priced separately.
Al Dente - An Italian term that means “to the
tooth”. To cook pasta until it is tender but still firm. |

Bake - To cook food in the oven using dry heat.
Baste - To brush or spoon pan juices over food while
it cooks. |

same size. |
