Beer Cheese Sauce |
| Yield: 16 servings |
Ingridients:
3/4 cup cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon mustard, dry
1 dash paprika
1/3 cup beer, any brand
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
3 tablespoon milk |
Preparation:
Bring cheese to room temperature, Toss with flour, dry mustard and paprika. In a suacepan heat beer and tobasco util just warm. Gradually add cheese mixture stirring constatnely till cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Use as a dip or spoon over chips for nachos, etc. |
