Chocolate Chip Cookies |

Ingridients:
3/4 cup margarine softened
3/4 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
3 each egg, large
3 tablespoon corn syrup, light
3 tablespoon water
3 teaspoon vanilla
3 3/4 cup flour, unsifted
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips* |
Preparation:
Cream margarine, shortening, sugars, eggs, corn syrup, water and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, salt; add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfulls. Bake at 350 deg. for 15 min. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 1 min. then remove to cooling racks until completely cooled. |
