Caraway Pork Chops – Low Cholesterol

Ingredients

  • 2 each medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 each apples, peeled & thin sliced
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 6 each pork chop
  • Garlic, salt, pepper and Dijon Mustard.
 

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Layer onions and apples in the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Drizzle honey on top and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon caraway seeds.

Step 2

Prepare chops by sprinkling them with garlic salt and pepper and spreading mustard on them.

Step 3

Place chops on apples and sprinkle with remaining 1 teaspoon caraway seeds. Cover and bake 1 hour.
