Oatmeal Raisin Cookies |
| Ingridients: 1/2 cup margarine 1/2 cup shortening 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup sugar 2 each egg, large 2 tablespoon water 2 tablespoon corn syrup, light 2 teaspoon vanilla 2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon ginger 1 1/2 cup flour, wheat 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 3 cup oats, old fashioned 1 cup raisins |
Preparation: Cream marg, shortening, sugars, eggs, corn syrup, water, and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture. Beat well; stir in oats and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 deg for 15 min. Cool slightly on sheet before removing to cooling racks. |
