Apple Fritters |
| Ingridients: 1 cup flour, wheat 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 2 each egg, large 1/2 cup milk 2 each apples, chopped |
Preparation: Mix dry ingredients. In separate bowl, beat eggs, stir in milk and apples. Combine with dry ingredients. Drop 1 Tablespoon at a time into hot 375 deg F. fat. Fry until golden brown. Drain and serve sprinkled with confectioners' sugar, and/or maple syrup. Makes 12-15. |
