Pants Biscuits |
| Ingridients: 8 oz honey 10 1/2 oz margarine or butter 3 3/4 lb bread flour 1 1/4 oz baking powder 1/2 oz salt 1 1/4 lb milk 1 lb sugar 1 oz cinnamon |
Preparation: Cream honey and margarine. Combine bread flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Roll out dough to 1/4" thickness. Cut into "pants" shape. Combine cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle over biscuits. Bakes at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes. |
