Ingridients: 8 oz pickled herring, drained
1/2 each green pepper, seed and dice
1 each apple, tart, core and dice
1 each orange, sectioned and diced
2 teaspoon onion, grated
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
4 each lettuce leaf, cupped
Preparation:
Combine ingredients and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve on inner tightly cupped lettuce leaves.
